Sequencing repositories

Overview: Through this exercise the trainer began exploring the primary data generated by a sequencer: the FASTQ file. Next, we evaluated the quality of sequencing data by examining the outputs of tools such as FastQC, FastQ-Screen, and MultiQC. Finally, the session concluded by discussing the repositories where sequencing data is stored, including guidance on how to locate, download, and deposit sequencing data.
