Overview: This lecture will cover a basic introduction to Reactome database, pathway browsers and pathway analysis tools. We will further dive into the details of pathway analysis tools and learn how to use these tools to quickly derive novel biological knowledge by combining multiple datasets. In addition, we will try to see some examples of multiomics data analysis using Reactome analysis tools.
