This presentation will discuss the computational framework adapted for integrating single-cell multi-omic data aimed at investigating the spatio-temporal development of the human ovaries. It will highlight the importance of thinking about the biological question when making analytical decisions and will focus on alternative strategies for visualising single-cell multi-omic data.
