This presentation discusses approaches to data integration and visualisation of single-cell and spatially-resolved transcriptomics data in a project aimed at investigating the transcription factors and cell-cell communication events likely driving the rostro-caudal regionalisation of the fetal Müllerian ducts into the fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix and upper vagina.
