Multiple ways to integrate multiomics data – case studies from studying human diseases
Trainer: Tamás Korcsmáros
Overview: Network biology allows us to map, interpret and analyse various molecular entities generated with omics approaches. This lecture will introduce signalling networks and present multiple projects to showcase options to integrate and visualise genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics data. With these use cases, this lecture will demonstrate the power of multi-omics approaches – while still highlight the main limitations and key challenges.
Learning outcomes
By the end of this lecture you will be able to:
- Familiarise yourself with various approaches used in multiomics data integration
- Identify main limitations and key challenges in data integration
