Getting started

This course handbook will provide you with everything you need for the course, including pre-course materials, course joining details, links to course materials, and biographies of trainers and course participants.

After this course participants should be able to:

• Locate and search publicly available bioinformatics data of interest
• Use software and tools to manipulate and analyse immunological data
• Apply appropriate bioinformatics methodologies to their research
• To combine different types of data to gain further immunological insights
