PDBe and PDBKB

This session provides introduction to the resources provided by PDBe to explore the extensive collection of experimental structural data using PDBe web pages and APIs.
Learning outcome
By the end of this session you will be able to:
- Obtain information about individual PDB entries using the PDBe website.
- Access aggregated views with all the structural and functional information for a given macromolecule using the PDB-KB pages.
- Gather and analyse this information programmatically using PDBe APIs.
