Introduction to network analysis and Cytoscape

Overview: In this session, participants will construct a protein–protein interaction (PPI) network related to neurodegenerative disorders using the IntAct app in Cytoscape. Brain expression data will be overlaid onto the network, followed by complex detection with MCODE and functional interpretation through Gene Ontology (GO) term enrichment analysis.

  • Apply tools for complex detection and GO term enrichment
