Analyse federated data

Noor is ready to carry out a federated data analysis, either with the human cohort dataset, once access has been granted, or on a related synthetic dataset to test the computational workflow developed for the project.

Now you are ready to perform your federated data analysis. Just like with any dataset, there are various ways to perform an analysis. In this learning path we will guide you through two example analyses; one performed on the command-line using NextFlow workflow system. And one using Galaxy, a web-based data analysis and workflow platform which provides a graphical user interface to command-line tools. Which of these analysis systems is best for you depends on your experience, personal preference, access to compute resources, etc.
