Overview:
Reactome is a free, open-source, manually curated pathway database. In this course, you will understand what that implies and how Reactome works. Using this knowledge, you will see how to use Reactome to analyse your own expression data, allowing you to better understand which biological processes are impacted by your experimental conditions.
