Overview: This session looks at some simple command line tools – like cut, column, sort, grep and awk – that allow you to quickly and flexibly filter and query your RNA-seq data.

  • List command that can be used to process RNA-seq data
  • Apply basic command line tools to filter and query RNA-seq data
