Join speakers from UniProt as they explore this data resource of protein sequence and functional information. The series will start with presentation of the UniProt website, followed by an interactive exploration of the API for programmatic access. 

Further webinars will be added until May 2025, including functional annotation, use of BLAST, automatic annotation, and variants and disease.

Who is this series for?

This webinar series is aimed at anyone who would like to learn more about UniProt. No prior knowledge of bioinformatics is required, but an undergraduate level knowledge of biology would be useful.
