The webinar will demonstrate how to perform multi-omics comparative pathway analyses using ReactomeGSA. This will cover the web interface and R package. We will demonstrate how to use ReactomeGSA to quickly derive novel biological knowledge by combining multiple datasets. In addition, we will also cover the function of ReactomeGSA for investigating scRNA-seq cell clusters at the pathway level.
