Introduction to PDBe programmatic access

This webinar will give an introduction to programmatic access using PDBe APIs, highlighting the type of data that is available and how this can be utilised. A general introduction to API (Application Programming Interface) will also be provided at the beginning of the talk.

  • Describe the data provided by PDB and additional data added by PDBe.

  • Explain what an API is and why to use them.

  • Distinguish the types of APIs available from PDBe.

  • Perform basic API calls on our website.
