Who is this series for?

This webinar series is suitable for any researcher in life sciences who is interested in exploring spatial omics and learning about relevant methods and resources . No prior knowledge of bioinformatics is required, but an undergraduate level knowledge of biology would be useful.

Outcomes

After completing the webinar series you will be able to:

  • Explore the major technologies in spatial omics, including identifying their advantages and pitfalls

  • Recognise the applications of spatial omics in single-cell research and the study of cell-cell communication

  • Discuss the strategies used to develop infrastructure for spatial omics research

  • Describe the computational approaches for analysing spatial-multi-omics datasets
