There are over 100000 three dimensional structures in the Protein Data Bank. Some are unique, others are present in many different forms. This webinar will introduce you to assessing the quality of a given structure and finding the best one for the analysis you want to undertake.

This webinar took place on 15 November 2017. You can watch the recording in Train online.

Audience

This webinar is aimed at individuals who wish to learn more about the PDBe. No prior knowledge of bioinformatics is required, but an undergraduate level understanding of biology would be useful.
