What protein signatures can be found in the structure?
The InterPro database provides information about characteristic signatures present in the proteins which are derived from the protein families, domains and important sites (Figure 15). InterPro combines 13 protein signature databases, including Pfam into one central resource. This means there is either the same or more InterPro ids than Pfam ids associated with the same structure.
