19. Restraint spans

Description

The Restraint spans plot is still in development and so is unlikely to be of any use at present.

Options

The main options for the Restraint spans plot are:-

• Inclusion/exclusion of different restraint types (ie NOE, Hydrogen-bond and S-S disulphide restraints).
• Inclusion/exclusion of different restraint classes (ie Long, Medium or Short).
• The plot can be in colour or black-and-white.

These options can be altered by editing the parameter file, procheck_nmr.prm, as described here.
