PROCHECK is a suite of programs that read in a PDB file and check the stereochemical quality of its protein structure(s), producing a number of PostScript plots analysing the overall and residue-by-residue geometry. The suite includes PROCHECK-NMR for checking the quality of structures solved by NMR.
