Abstract
|
|
|
Lipase B from Candida antarctica has been crystallized in five different crystal
forms. The space groups and cell dimensions have been determined by X-ray
diffraction methods. Four of the crystal forms have been judged to be of good
quality for further X-ray studies. The best crystals diffract to 1.7 Angström.
