Thermal proteome profiling of JQ1
Goal of this experiment was the identification of proteins affected in their thermal stability by JQ1.
Sample Processing Protocol
Treatment of HepG2 cells with Vehicle or JQ1 followed by subsequent heat treatment. Lysis of cells in PBS with 0.8% IGEPAL CA-630. Labeling of cells subjected to different temperatures with TMT and subsequent mass spectrometric analysis.
Data Processing Protocol
Data analysis was performed using an in-house pipeline and searched with Mascot 2.4
