Uterine flushing proteome of tammar wallaby from diapause to reactivation and late gestation
The tammar blastocyst remains in embryonic diapause until it receives a signal from the uterine endometrium via its secretions.This study analaysed uterine flushings from diapause, different stages of reactivation upto late gestation.
Sample Processing Protocol
Uterine flushings obtained by flushing the uterus with 2mL of saline and it was centrigufed and supernatant was used for analysis.The uterine flushings were alkylated, reduced and trypsin digested overnight.Then analysed by LC-MS/MS.
Data Processing Protocol
The data files were processed through MSILE 2.0 and searched in mascot server.
