PURPOSE

ndb_cif_remove_row_by_id deletes the data in the row specified by rowId in the category specified by categoryId in the datablock specified by datablockId and frees the memory.

RECEIVES

datablockId	identifies the datablock
categoryId	identifies the category
rowId	identifies the row to remove

RETURN VALUE

Returns the number of the current row.
