int ndb_cif_reset_datablock_by_id(const int datablockId);

PURPOSE

ndb_cif_reset_datablock_by_id deletes the data in the datablock specified by datablockId, but does not free up the memory.

RECEIVES

datablockId

identifies the datablock to reset

RETURN VALUE

Returns the number of categories in the datablock that were reset or 0 for failure.
