pdb2cif has been updated to version 1.0.11-alpha.  This version
provides access to the m4 document from which the awk and perl
scripts of pdb2cif are made, a new Makefile for building and
testing pdb2cif, and updated test outputs.   Some remaining
tags seen in the verbose mode which were not yet valid mmCIF
have been corrected.  The handling of KEYWDS was corrected to
handle keywords split across lines.  -- H. J. Bernstein
