PURPOSE

operator>(const CifString &, const CifString &) Cheks if first string is greater then second.

RECEIVES

operator>(const CifString &, const CifString &)
a reference to a CifString
b reference to a CifString

RETURN VALUE

Returns 1 if the first CifStrings is greater than second, otherwise 0.
