one- and three- letter codes

The following message was sent on July 10 and made it into the archive
but I believe that it did not get to everyone then.  My apologies if
you have seen this already.

    The list of three-letter codes for amino acids includes
ASX  'ambiguous asparagine/aspartic-acid' but it is missing the
corresponding GLX 'ambiguous glutamine/glutamic acid'.

    The list of one-letter codes for amino acids is missing both
B which corresponds to ASX and Z which corresponds to GLX.
