We had not realized that there could be more than one TVECT in a PDB entry.
Providing for more than one required creating a new category,
DATABASE_PDB_TVECT, and we have done that.  That category now contains the
TVECT vector elements, and "id" and "details" data items.  While in the
process of making this change, we realized that we had erroneously provided
for a TVECT matrix as well as a TVECT vestor.  The matrix is not specified in
the PDB format document, hence it is not needed, and those data items were
removed.
