Hi Phil,

Per our conversation Wed. evening, These are the things
left to do before the release of PDBtool:
	o An SGI binary version
	o A DEC Alpha binary version 
	o Send Phil the latest pdbCreate.c file
	o Send Phil the latest pdbXMHelp.c file
	o    --> update the help file

Html changes:
	o Change "Beta" to "Version 1" on home page
	o Put a "Future" section below the publication section
	  and discuss CIFTool.
	o Add anchors to the top of the home page to allow
	  quick navagation of the home page.
	o Change "In preparation" to "To be accepted"
	  in the publications section.
