helix types

There are a couple of helix type defined for PDB entries which do
not have equivalents in _struct_conf_type.id, except to HELX_OT_P
or HELX_OT_N. The first is PDB type 9, the 2-7 ribbon/helix. The
other is PDB type 10, polyproline. For the first, mmCIF provides
no equivalent, while for the second, only the specific handedness
versions are allowed. I would suggest adding HELX_2_7 and
HELX_PP (with the appropriate _P suffix) to the enumeration, just
to make the mapping complete. Frances is not sure there are any
real examples in the PDB right now, but it would close a
gap. In the other direction, there are many more types allowed
by mmCIF than are currently recognized by the PDB. Since the
PDB accepts 2 digits, and only uses values 1-10 to date, perhaps
they should be encouraged to map the unmapped values to currently
unused numbers.
