Hello folks -

I hinted that there would be a new version of the dictionary for you all to
play with by the end of last week, but due to circumstances beyond my control
this did not occur.

That doesn't mean that progress has not been made, though.  John Westbrook
has dealt with a number of technical issues, and Helen and I met last evening
at Rutgers to deal with the most recent set of suggestions.  The ball is now
in my court to implement our decisions, and I am beginning that process.  As
per my established style of dealing with these issues one at a time, you
should expect a sprinkling of messages over the next couple of days, followed
by a release of a new version as soon as John has a chance to run the new
dictionary through his checking software and catch the silly errors I always 
make.
