Use Browse button to locate coordinate file, or type the file name directly into "Coordinate file" input field. The service accepts valid PDB and mmCIF files. The files may be gzipped (*.gz) or compressed (*.Z).

After file has been located or specified, it must be uploaded using the Upload button on the right. After uploading the file, the Submission Form changes as to reflect the crystallographic data found in the file, then the query may be submitted to the service.
