The sample material was collected in the marine biome (ENVO:00000447) targeting a layer of marine sediment (ENVO:00002113), 0-1 cm below the seabed surface. The sample material was not-size-fractionated, packaged in a ziplock bag labelled AMIGO1_ST0_CT4_0_1, with no addition of chemical, stored in a freezer (-80degC), and sent to Ifremer, S�te, France.
