We collected bacteria from samples exposed to a range of temperature: 30°C, 33°C, 36°C, 38°C and 40°C in order to compared the conditions leading to ennoblement (under 40°C).We find the presence of the electro-active bacteria Candidatus Tenderia electrophaga, an electro-autotrophic bacteria able to use an electrode as an electron donor to reduce oxygen. We propose a model for which electrotroph bacteria are responsible for the ennoblement.","study-name":"Bacterial communities collected on the surface of stainless steels samples exposed to seawater heated from 30°C to 40°C.","data-origination":"SUBMITTED"},"relationships":{"analyses":{"links":{"related":"https://www.ebi.ac.uk/metagenomics/api/v1/studies/MGYS00002502/analyses?format=json"}},"publications":{"links":{"related":"https://www.ebi.ac.uk/metagenomics/api/v1/studies/MGYS00002502/publications?format=json"}},"biomes":{"links":{"related":"https://www.ebi.ac.uk/metagenomics/api/v1/studies/MGYS00002502/biomes?format=json"},"data":[{"type":"biomes","id":"root:Engineered:Lab enrichment:Defined media:Marine media","links":{"self":"https://www.ebi.ac.uk/metagenomics/api/v1/biomes/root:Engineered:Lab%20enrichment:Defined%20media:Marine%20media?format=json"}}]},"downloads":{"links":{"related":"https://www.ebi.ac.uk/metagenomics/api/v1/studies/MGYS00002502/downloads?format=json"}},"geocoordinates":{"links":{"related":"https://www.ebi.ac.uk/metagenomics/api/v1/studies/MGYS00002502/geocoordinates?format=json"}},"samples":{"links":{"related":"https://www.ebi.ac.uk/metagenomics/api/v1/studies/MGYS00002502/samples?format=json"}}},"links":{"self":"https://www.ebi.ac.uk/metagenomics/api/v1/studies/MGYS00002502?format=json"}}],"meta":{"pagination":{"page":1,"pages":1,"count":1}}}
