Ile-AlaThr-Val-Ile-Val-) mimicking the sites of cleavage of Alzheimer"s precursor protein (Wolfe et al., 1999).
- Peptidases inhibited
- Inhibits gamma-secretase activity of presenilin: Wolfe et al., 1999). There is negligible inhibition of calpain-2.

- Inhibition is reversible.
