There are two completely conserved G residues that may be functionally important. It adopts a C2-like fold. MAP10 localises to stabilised MTs during interphase and to the mitotic apparatus during mitosis. It may promote microtubule stability and ensures normal progress of cytokinesis [[cite:PUB00068314]].</p>","llm":false,"checked":false,"updated":false}],"wikipedia":null,"literature":{"PUB00068314":{"PMID":23264731,"ISBN":null,"volume":"126","issue":"Pt 3","year":2013,"title":"MTR120/KIAA1383, a novel microtubule-associated protein, promotes microtubule stability and ensures cytokinesis.","URL":null,"raw_pages":"825-37","medline_journal":"J Cell Sci","ISO_journal":"J.
