Comments:

A P-type ATPase that undergoes covalent phosphorylation during the transport cycle. A gastric mucosal enzyme that catalyses the efflux of one H+ and the influx of one K+ per ATP hydrolysed. Formerly EC 3.6.1.36 and EC 3.6.3.10.
