Comments:

This cytochrome P-450 (heme thiolate) enzyme is involved in the biosynthesis of the cyanogenic glucosides lotaustralin and linamarin. It catalyses three different activities - isomerization of its substrate the (E) isomer to the (Z) isomer, dehydration, and C-hydroxylation.
