Upload the submission form

The completed submission form is always uploaded through the GWAS Catalog Submission App. This is separate from the two Globus methods used to transfer your summary-statistics files.

Upload the form

Once you have completed the submission form, save it and click Submit submission form in the Submission App.

Drag and drop the form onto the cloud icon, or click the icon to select the file from your computer. Click Upload file, then click Start validation.

The validation pipeline first checks the uploaded submission form. If it passes, the pipeline checks the summary-statistics files that you transferred with Globus. Validation may take some time, but you can leave the page.

If the form and summary statistics pass validation, they are submitted automatically. You will receive an email when validation is complete, with a list of accession numbers for the submitted studies.

If validation fails, you will receive an email listing the errors and a link back to the submission page. Click Review submission to download and edit the current form, or click Reset to delete the form and start again.
