Create a submission

The Details page gives a brief summary of the publication or other body of work and a list of prerequisites. Complete each item before creating the submission.

Sign in through CILogon

To create a submission, you need to create an account and log in. User accounts are managed by CILogon, which is shared across multiple life-science services. See the CILogon FAQ for more information.

Follow the CILogon link and select an identity provider with which you already have an account, including Google, LinkedIn, ORCID or most academic institutions. You should then be directed back to the Submission App.

If you plan to transfer files with Globus Personal Connect, follow the Globus Personal Connect setup instructions before creating your submission.

Confirm your files are ready

Confirm that your summary-statistics files conform to the required standard and content. If you have not already done so, follow the summary-statistics preparation instructions.

Agree to the licence terms

Since March 2021, all submitters have been asked to agree to share their data under the terms of CC0. This dedicates your data to the public domain and allows downstream users to consume it without restriction.

Data submitted before March 2021 is made available under the EBI standard terms of use. If you have questions or concerns about licensing, contact gwas-info@ebi.ac.uk.

Create the submission

Tick each box in the checklist to confirm that the prerequisites have been completed, then click Create Submission.
