SYNOPSIS

cifstato file1 file2 …

cifstat --help

cifstat --licence

DESCRIPTION

For each file given on the commandline, cifstat displays some basic statistics about the CIF file including the mean intensity in each channel, the total number of zeros at each cycle and tabulating the number of zeros cycles per cluster. If no file is give, cifstat reads from stdin.

-h, --help

Display information about usage and exit.

--licence

Display licence terms and exit.
