SYNOPSIS

cifinfo [-l ncluster] [-y ncycle] file1 file2 …

cifinfo --help

cifinfo --licence

DESCRIPTION

For each file given on the commandline, cifinfo displays some basic information about the CIF file including the number of cycles it contains and the total number of clusters. If no file is give, cifinfo reads from stdin. The intensity data is displayed for the first few cycles of the first few cluster (configurable using the -l and -y options).

-l, --cluster ncluster [default: 5]

Number of clusters to show.

-y, --cycle ncycle [default: 5]

Number of cycles to show.

-h, --help

Display information about usage and exit.

--licence

Display licence terms and exit.
