The data were collected using a JEOL JEM-Z320FHC operated at 300 kV, equipped with an in-column Omega energy filter and a K3 camera. Images were acquired with a pixel size of 0.79 Å/pixel, a nominal defocus range of -1.0 to -1.8 μm, and a 3 × 3 image shift pattern. The dataset is divided into two subsets based on the data collection date. The first subset in the \"data/20250630\" folder contains 7,506 movies, and the second in the \"data/20250731\" folder contains 12,636 movies.
