Exposures with a total dose of 40 e/Å2 were recorded over 40 frames, and a nominal defocus range of -2.2 µm to -0.2 µm. In total 22,490 micrographs were collected. The recorded images were binned by two, resulting in a calibrated pixel size of 0.829 Å/pixel at the image level.
