The data were collected using a Titan Krios operated at 300 kV equipped with a BioQuantum energy filter and a K3 camera in super-resolution mode, with a nominal defocus range of -0.8 to -2.0 μm. The dataset contains two subsets based on the detergent/additive used during grid preparation:\nfOM dataset: 3,255 movies (filenames starting with BB2) collected from samples containing 0.1% (w/v) fOM.\nCHAPSO dataset: 8,518 movies (filenames starting with BB3) collected from samples containing 10 mM CHAPSO.\nData collection was performed using SerialEM with beam-image shift, recording 9 images per stage position.
