Images (TIFF) were collected with a 300 keV FEI Titan Krios on a Falcon K3 detector, using counting mode with super-resolution mode and a Gatan energy filter (20 eV). The C2 and objective lens apertures were set to 70 and 100 µm, respectively. 2.14 s exposures were captured at a dose rate of 18.8 electrons Å−2 s−1 in 40 frames with a total dose of 40.29 electrons Å−2.
