Frozen on Qunatifoil copper grid. Images (TIFF) were collected with a 300 keV FEI Titan Krios on a Falcon 4i detector, using counting mode and a SelectrisX energy filter (10 eV). The C2 and objective lens apertures were set to 50 and 100 µm, respectively. 5.85 s exposures were captured in 40 frames with a total dose of 47.79 e-/Å-2.
