Frozen on Qunatifoil gold grids. Gain-corrected mages (MRC) were collected with a 200 keV FEI Talos Arctica on a Falcon 3EC detector. The C2 and objective lens apertures were set to 50 and 100 µm, respectively. 1.69 s exposures were captured in 33 frames with a total dose of 50.37 e-/Å-2.
