Images were recorded with Serial EM in super-resolution mode with a super-resolution pixel size of 0.65 A and a defocus range of -0.8 to -2.4 micron. Data were collected with a dose rate of 8 electrons/physical pixel/s (1.3 A pixel size at the speciment).
