Tilt series were acquired on a Titan Krios G4 (Thermo Fisher Scientific) operated at 300kV and equipped with Selectris X imaging filter and Falcon 4 direct electron detector, at 4K x 4K pixel dimensions, tilt range of -60° to 60°, 2° tilt increment, target defocus of -1.5 to -4.5 μm and a total dose of 120 to 150 e/Å2 per tilt series, using SerialEM software. There are 30-61 tilts per tilt series, which depends on when the tilt series data collection finished or failed.
